The 66 story residential tower, a premier site in Manhattan's Financial District is expected to be completed in2019. Once complete, 45 Broad Street will be the city's sixth tallest building and the highest condo in Downtown Manhattan towering over its neighbors at 40 Wall Street and One Wall Street according to ElectricWeb.
In 2017, the development team announced that the project would feature 206 condos that come in studio through three-bedroom variants including penthouses with views of the New York Harbor, Statue of Liberty as well as the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges.

Manhattan West Development, Spanning 1.2 million square feet, 606 West 57th Street will offer 1,028 apartments averaging over 900 square feet. The building will offer amenities that include 400 parking spaces, 550 bike storage spaces, a pet spa, basketball court, outdoor theater, rooftop garden, and more. The ground level will give way to 37,000 square feet of retail space.
