About Hudson Yards:

Hudson Yards is a 20 billion dollar mega project known to be the largest private real estate development in the history of the United States and the largest development in New York City since Rockefeller Center.

About the 45 Broad Street Development:

The 45 Broad Street development is located on the West Side of Manhattan scheduled to be completed in mid 2021. The development is set to rise 1,127 feet to its peak, and meant to reverse the trend of the all-glass box. Once completed, it will be the tallest residential building in FiDi, and the sixth tallest in NYC. Office space and amenity floors will lift the first apartments to about 240 feet in height, while the uppermost units are at 950 plus feet so panoramic views are available throughout.

For neighbors and residents, there is planning for a much needed improved access to the J and Z line, for all people including those with mobility issues.
